Companies arrive on one of two paths. There is friction in the operation that never clears the bar for a project of its own, or there is a project with a date on it that has to absorb whatever comes up between now and then. The same reserve covers both, and most clients use it for both at once.

Friction everyone knows about that is never quite worth a proposal of its own.

Your people already know what's broken

The person doing the job knows exactly where it goes wrong. For them to fix it, they would have to write a proposal, chase funding, and find the hours somewhere. They are already booked, so it never happens. We get what they know out of their heads and act on it.

What builds up instead is friction

The same data re-typed into a second system. A step that waits three days on another team. A report rebuilt by hand every month. None of it is urgent enough to escalate. Together it costs real money, and it wears people down.

Deciding what to fix first is the hard part

Most teams cannot rank this work, because ranking it means knowing what is possible now versus what is still a demo. That is the part we bring. We rank it with you and revisit it every four weeks.

The first problem is usually data

Most stalled AI efforts trace back to data that is incomplete, inconsistent, or sitting in the wrong system. Anything built on top of that underperforms. We fix it first, even though it is the less interesting work.

The plan is set and the date is fixed. What decides the outcome is everything nobody planned for, and how fast it gets handled.

No project survives its own plan

A system turns out to be less solid than it looked. Data is not where it was supposed to be. A dependency lands on a team with its own priorities. None of that is bad planning, it is what projects are. The date is decided by how quickly those get handled, not by how good the plan was.

Under a scope, every surprise is a negotiation

Scoped work prices what was known at the start. Everything after it becomes extra scope, a rebudget, and another approval, and the work sits still while that runs. A reserve is one number a month, so the problem gets solved the week it appears instead of the week the paperwork clears.

Point us at whatever is in the way

You get an expert AI, data, and engineering team for the length of the push. The core initiatives are agreed up front. Past those, you decide where the capacity goes: the integration nobody owns, the data that has to be cleaned first, the internal system holding up launch. Whatever it turns out to be, we solve it.

You get a team working ahead of the date

Most delays are not technical. They are decisions that sat for a month because everyone involved was busy. We work the plan forward, raise what has to happen next while there is still time to act on it, and do the work rather than schedule another conversation about it.

The reserve scales with the push: heavier while the date is live, lighter once the work is running. Both are the same agreement, month to month, with no renegotiation in between.

HOW IT WORKS

One process, repeated monthly.

The cycle below repeats for as long as the retainer runs. No statement of work is required between builds.

  1. We work out what comes first

    We talk to the people doing the work and find where the time actually goes. If you already know your first priority, we start there and rank the rest as we go.

  2. We analyze it

    We work through the process or system and identify where the time and cost actually go.

  3. We propose an approach

    What we would do, the effort required from your team, and the expected result. Sometimes that means building something. Sometimes it means configuring what you already own. Analysis carries no separate fee.

  4. You decide

    You approve the proposal, change it, or decline it. When the analysis shows the work is not worth doing, we say so.

  5. We do it and hand it over

    We build it, document it, and hand it over, then stay available until your team is running it.

Priorities are re-ranked every four weeks and can be changed at any point in between.

Most companies do not have one when we arrive. We build it: everything we find or are asked for, in one place, with an owner, an estimate, and a note on what it is worth. Keeping it current is part of the job.

A written record of what shipped, what changed in the operation, and what comes next, delivered at each four-week review.

The same terms at every level

  • Analysis and proposals are included in the retainer at no separate fee.
  • Code, documentation, and system connections belong to you as they are created, and remain yours if the retainer ends.
  • There are no license, platform, setup, or implementation fees. Model usage is billed at cost.
  • Responses within one business day, with a shared channel on the Build and Partner tiers.
  • The retainer runs month to month with no minimum term. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
  • Terms prepaid for three months or longer receive a 10% discount.

The retainer covers our time. Purchases made on your behalf are passed through at cost and approved before they are made:

Security and data handling.

Deployment

Systems run in your cloud environment or ours, and on-premise where the environment requires it.

Encryption and isolation

AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit, and complete separation between clients.

No training use

Your data is not used to train public models. Access is scoped to the active priority and logged.

Named accounts, least privilege

We work under named credentials with the narrowest access the job allows, and we state the reason for each access request.

Exit

At the end of an engagement, access is revoked and credentials are returned within five business days. Client data held on our systems is deleted on written request.

OWNERSHIP AND SUPPORT

Every engagement ends with a full handover.

Each system is delivered with its source code and documentation. You decide who operates it.

Operate it in-house

You receive source code, documentation, runbooks, and credentials, with walkthroughs for the people who will run the system. We remain available until your team is self-sufficient, at no additional cost.

Retain us to operate it

A separate monthly support agreement, scoped to the system we built and quoted before you commit. It covers fixes, minor enhancements, monitoring, model updates, infrastructure management, security patching, and user support.

Support is contracted separately from the retainer so that maintenance does not draw down the capacity reserved for new work. It can be brought in-house at any time with the same handover.
