Multi-national manufacturer

A PIM data migration had been running internally for months and had stopped moving. We picked it up and finished it, then built the pipeline that keeps the data current so it does not have to be migrated again.

  • Finished a stalled PIM data migration. A multi-month internal effort completed in weeks.
  • Built a data pipeline that ingests documents and keeps product and system data current, so the data does not have to be re-migrated on a cycle.
  • Built an email agent that pulls up documents on request and writes updates back into the system of record. Takes the manual look-it-up-and-retype-it loop out of the team's day.

Closing out a project is real work, and it always lost to the project in front of it. So closeouts did not get written, and what the team learned went with them. We built the system that does it.

  • Built a system that closes out projects. It reads the project record and produces the closeout without pulling staff off current work.
  • The same system pulls up what was learned on past projects when a new one starts, so teams do not begin from a blank page.
